I've playing soccer for most of my life and started playing competitive soccer when i was 11. Soccer has always been a sport that has connected my family because to all of us it is important, but me and my sister were the first girls to play soccer. My family was very surprised but have always encouraged and helped us throughout the years. I consider myself academically strong; i have a 4.0 GPA and have honors or AP classes. Apart from soccer, i like to spend time playing the piano and guitar. I am responsible with everything that i do, whether it be for school, work, or family. I like to make respect a big part of my life and encourage others to do the same.
In college, i want to pursue a major in the medical field but i also want to play soccer. I want to take rigorous classes and maintain a high GPA. Although it may be challenging, i know i have the ability and capacity to accomplish this. Soccer is and will continue to be what inspires me to continue to get better. Playing soccer requires dedication and hard work but through out all the wins, losses, tears, and laughs, i have never lost the love of the sport. I want to continue playing the sport that helps me through the highs and the lows and the sport the connects me and my family and make me a better and stronger athlete, student, daughter, sister, and friend.
