Hi! My name is Jamila Omardin. I am a forward on Atlanta Fire United's 2007G ECNL team and a varsity starting forward at Clarkston High School. Class of 2025.
Soccer has been a part of my life since the day I was born. My older brothers and sister have all played and I discovered my passion for it through them. When I was 7 I joined the U8 rec team through my elementary school and I have been playing ever since.
Growing up in Clarkston, Georgia I was exposed to "street soccer". This helped me hone in on my creativity and confidence on the ball. I enjoy every second of being on the field. I'm light on my feet and I'm always looking to create opportunities for myself and my teammates to get a shot on goal. I think one of the things that separates me from other recruits is the fact that I emphasize playing soccer with my mind. The physicality of the game is very important and being able to adapt to every game and each individual opponent is something I also find very important. Games are a puzzle and my goal is to help solve them in 90 minutes.
