I began playing the game of soccer in kindergarten. From the first season, I have loves soccer. I am currently a junior is high school and I have a great deal of passion for the game. I will not be ready to hang up my cleats in 2020. I feel I have more to learn about the game and more to give to soccer. I became a goalkeeper in the seventh grade and knew it was for me! I believe it is the best position on the field. Our family joke is, " Sacrifice your body for the ball! My dad has yelled this from the sidelines since the second grade. My coaches have always told me I am tough and coachable. I am very comfortable receiving feedback. I have also played basketball since I was five years old. In basketball, I have always had a defensive mind set. The game improves my hand-eye coordination and my ability to be quick on my feet which has helped my development as a goalkeeper. I believe in putting my team first and doing whatever I can to help my team win.
