Lexi Lewis '23 Recruiting Profile

    My name is Lexi Lewis and I am currently a junior at Georgia Christian School. I have been playing club soccer since I was nine with United Futbol Academy, and play school soccer as well. When I was in eighth grade I was asked to play up on the varsity team, where I have been a starter ever since. 

    In the 2020-21 season, I helped my school team win region as well as come runner-up in the state championship. I was selected as an All-Region and All-State Player in 2021 and 2022. In the 2021-22 season, I was selected as a captain, and have helped my team to once again win a region title, and win a state championship.

     One thing that sets me apart from other players is not only do I have good field awareness, I can play multiple positions. I started out playing Left wing and was very successful in scoring goals for my team with my left foot. I played holding this year during club, and enjoyed it very much. I have transitioned to playing center back for my high school team, and have been very successful. 

      As much as I would love to play soccer at the next level, something that is very important to me is finding a good college to get the best education. I have a 4.0 GPA and work to be very focused and driven on and off the field.
