Mari Ige '23 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing the sport of soccer since I was four years old.   Since then, I have fell in love with the game.  Every time I step onto the pitch, I am automatically determined to win.  With all the effort I put into soccer, I realized how much I wanted to play when I grew into the next stages of high school and college.  My dream goal is to play college soccer at a college or university that includes my major of Kinesiology or Radiology.  Through the process, I plan to give it all I got to reach this goal. 

Some of  my strong characteristics is having quick feet and good decision making. Along with that, I am a great leader to my team and try to set an example on and off the field.  My personality leaves me to be very coachable and I take criticism as a way to motivate myself even more.  I play a hardworking role of a defensive center mid and outside back for my team.  I have also led them to state championships and regional and national tournaments.
