Hello Coach.
My name is Ashley Steadman. I am a senior at Saint Viator High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois. I have been playing soccer for almost fourteen years now. Throughout the years I have grown athletically and mentally both on and off the field. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am fast, competitive, strong and willing to be coached. I try to make things happen as soon as I step on the field. As a forward I feel that I am first line of defensive on the field. What makes me different from other recruits is that I am a utility player that can play forward, midfield or defense. While I am strongest at forward or outside midfielder, however, if you were to ask me what position I want to play I would say, "wherever you need me". I will always give 110% and do what is best for the team. You will find that I am tenacious and wont give up. This speaks for my academics as well, I work hard and always give my all. Sometimes, I find certain subjects a challenge but I always try my best and keep going.
