Personal Statement

Hi! My name is Claire Nash. Soccer has always played a major role in my life. I play for Metro Alliance FC competing in both the USYS National League Midwest and SLYSA. My coaches and teammates describe me as a utility player on the field.  A player who can use natural athletic abilities and game IQ to control the middle of the field and create scoring opportunities for my teammates. "Team" is a word I have always been able to find comfort in throughout my decade-long soccer career. I am hoping to form life-lasting bonds through soccer during my college experience. I have found who I am in soccer as an athlete and a young woman. I want soccer to remain a big part of my life through college. My education is very important to me when evaluating my future. I have set extreme goals for myself and have high expectations for success. I hope to achieve a quality education while playing at a high level. God comes first, have a blessed day!
