I started playing soccer at the age of 8 years old after begging my parents to join a team and knew immediately it was my sport and part of who I am. I love everything about this sport. I am now in my senior year of high school and will graduate in 2025. My hope is to play in college for a school that has a great academic program and also the same soccer team spirit and love of the game that I have.
I have played year round for many teams like Central IL United Girls Academy, Central IL ECNL Eclipse, Peoria FC United (PFCU), Central Illinois United (CIU), Illinois Olympic Development Program (ODP), Peoria Soccer Club (PSC), John Gaspar Soccer Academy (JGSA), and Washington Legends. I have also also subbed for Morton Premier, Pekin Pride, and Chicago Fire North.
Recently, Exact Sports selected me for the Exact 11 team and I went to England to play in March 2024 and they also named me number #30 out of the top 100 High School female soccer players in the nation.
A side thing I love is to volunteer for NTRA (a local rec league) to just have fun and watch kids playing without all the pressure. I help encourage other kids to get more serious about playing sports at a competitive level. The younger kids are so much fun to work with and watch them develop their skills in sports. I have also had my referee certification for 5 years now and ref for many organizations.
Last, but definitely not least... I take my academics very seriously. I am currently part of the NHS (National Honors Society) in High School and was NJHS (National Junior's Honor Society) while in Junior High. I am also part of SAS (Student Athlete Scholars) and the NSHSS (National Society of High School Scholars). I consistently maintain high honors having around a 4.0 GPA or above while taking honors and advanced placement classes in English and Science in High School. I am also taking dual credit courses when available.
I am looking forward to connecting with the right college, coaches, and teammates that support my same goals both in academics and soccer!
