Jenny Walker '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jenny Walker. I am 17 years old and am currently a junior at Park Tudor. I have been playing soccer since I was 5 and travel soccer since I was about 8. I currently play for Indiana Fire Juniors and on the varsity team at my high school. Throughout the years of playing different sports, I have always been passionate about soccer and have learned so many valuable life skills from it, such as, teamwork, commitment, aggressiveness, focus, and determination that have made me who I am today.

As a player, I would say I am extremely motivated to do my best, compete with others and am never afraid to be aggressive when winning balls. Since my main position is in the midfield as an attacker, my ability to distribute balls and win them in the middle of the field helps me be to be able to get my teammates and myself into the final third for scoring chances. Though I enjoy playing in the middle of the field, I can also be flexible playing on the outside wing where I can be effective with crossing, passing, shooting, and making runs to get myself into the box as well as other teammates.

I have worked extremely hard both in school and in sports to get to where I am today. My goal is to continue my academic and athletic careers at a school where I can better myself as a student, athlete and person.
