My GPA for my freshman year was 3.95 and I am among the top 10% of students in my class. I was the class president last year and have been chosen to be the Sophomore class president by my peers. I hope to study science in college, maybe Biology or Chemistry. I’m prepared to put in the time and effort to earn an undergraduate degree.
I would like to play competitive soccer in college because it is something that I love and enjoy. I began playing rec soccer when I was 6 years old. From age 9 I played competitively in suburban Indianapolis for ZYSA.
In 2016, my family moved to Washington, Iowa, which is where I live now. In rural Washington, there isn’t much of a girls soccer program, so I decided to play in Iowa City at Iowa Soccer Club (ISC) which is 45 miles away. In my age division I am one of the most skilled players. I’ll typically play as a holding midfielder. I am comfortable with the ball in tight areas and have excellent foot-skills and turn of pace.
Last year I helped lead my high school team to its best season in a decade and I can't wait to help my college team in the future.
