Personal Statement
My best moments in my 11 years of playing soccer have been winning the state and regional championships and playing at nationals. These were all great moments but getting there was not easy and provided me with many challenges. At the beginning of the season my team could barely score a goal and lost to everyone. Losing all the time was not fun but I learned many valuable lessons. Leading up to all three of these championships I worked harder than ever. When we won state and eventually regionals it felt so much better knowing that all of the hard work payed off. Throughout the season I gained a greater appreciation and love for the game.
I haven't yet nailed down exactly what i want to do in the medical field but what I do know is that I would like to help people. If someone needs my help I always try to do whatever possible to help them. I do this off the field but I also do this on the field. I try and help my team in all possible ways whether that means supporting from the bench or playing on the field. During games I try my best to make my teammates look good by doing things such as playing good passes or helping out on defense. To me one of the best feelings is when I contribute to team success.
