I aspire to be an osteopath with my own practice one day. I want to study pre med in my first four years of college and then after I graduate, work to get a more specific doctorate degree in ophthalmology. Working hard is huge for me, in school and sports, I believe the harder you work the better you get.
My athletic goal is to play soccer in college whether it be DI or DIII, while my bigger goal is to start as a freshman. I never really loved soccer until I got to high school, softball was my favorite. The moment I made varsity for the soccer team my freshman year and started over a junior the first game of the season changed that for me. Ever since then every game I look froward to more, especially the games against the good teams. The feeling of making a big diving save just to give your team a chance to win is like no other.
The relationships I made in this sport are absolutely amazing too. Everyone on my team seems to have a good attitude and that’s what I love about them. They’re always fun to be around and I hope a college team will be the same. I value a good team spirit. I think it’s one of the backbones of being a successful team.
Now, my grades are pretty good all things considered. I am definitely mathematically inclined. My GPA ranges around a 3.5 to a 4.0. I love to learn and grow. My character is very relaxed and I’m low on the radar. I had some really good relationships with teachers and a few close friend groups but other than that I’m not one of the popular girls. I don’t like to be the center of attention and if I am I will casually slide away from it or try to bring up someone else’s name. My character and what people think about me matters a lot. I know I don’t carry myself the best sometimes, but when someone tells me I’ll try to correct it just like I do with everything else.
