Paige Alexander '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi Im Paige Alexander and I'm a currently a freshman at Waynflete high school. I play outside back(either side) and occasionally center back for the Seacoast United ME 08 dpl team, I also am a starter for Waynflete girls varsity team. I have been playing soccer since I was 2 years old and it has always been my passion. I started on my first club team when I was 8 and when I was 9 they invited me to play with the girls a year older than me. Being able to train with girls a year older taught me a lot, It was a very different environment and I pushed myself very hard to compete with the girls. I have continued to play in an older age category as I moved club teams, where I am now captain of my team.

       I am extremely competitive and hard working player. Growing up with an older sister also playing soccer drove me to work twice as hard to keep up with her. I thrive to be the best I can be on and off the field, as a teammate, friend, and sister. I hold myself to very high standards and push others around me to keep themselves accountable. These values are equally important to me on the field as off. In school I strive to get good grades and always give 100%. As a freshman I still have a lot to learn and grow as a player and student. I hope to find a collegiate level team that fits best for me!
