Hello Coaches,
I'm Gracy Warner, a senior at École Oak Park High School. In my junior year, I proudly held the position of a starter on both the indoor and outdoor high school soccer teams. Additionally, I've been dedicated to the sport from a young age, starting at the age of 10 when I became a part of St. Charles Force, a premier league team. Throughout the past four years, I've consistently been on the field, demonstrating my unwavering commitment to the game. My primary position is Center Back, but I'm also proficient as a Fullback. My ultimate aspiration is to continue playing soccer at the college level.
My journey in soccer started at the age of 4, but my passion for sports goes back even further. I've always been drawn to the world of athletics and. As I grew older, soccer took precedence in my life. Along the way, I experimented with various other sports, including hockey, ringette, touch football, basketball, volleyball, and cheerleading. Yet, none of these sports evoked the profound sense of joy and purpose that soccer does for me. When I'm out on the field, I experience a unique sense of liberation and focus, as if nothing else in the world matters.
As a soccer player, I am unyielding in my quest for improvement. I make it a personal mission to consistently give my all and strive for excellence in every match. Constructive feedback from coaches and teammates is something I not only welcome but also deeply appreciate. My strengths lie in my solid defensive skills and my ability to be a vocal leader on the field. I also possess exceptional field awareness, constantly scanning my surroundings to stay one step ahead of the game. While these are some of my standout qualities, I am by no means limited to them and am committed to honing all aspects of my game.
In the classroom, I am equally dedicated, maintaining grades in the 80s. My interests at the high school level gravitate towards ELA and science classes. Looking ahead to my future education, I am particularly intrigued by the field of psychology and anything related to the intricate workings of the human brain.
Thank you for considering my profile.. I look forward to the prospect of becoming a valuable asset to your team and contributing to its success both on and off the field.
