Personal Statement
I am currently a senior at Essex Technical High School. Soccer has been the center of my life since I started playing 13 years ago. My main position is center back, but when my team is in a tight game I also play outside midfield. I have been a varsity soccer player and starter since my freshman year. Now I am a Captain of my team. Outside of soccer, I am also a hard worker. I work at Acura as a service advisor and also have an internship at an engineering company named Medtronic. I hope this internship will help guide me to a college that includes a good engineering program. Even with these jobs I am still able to balance all of my honors classes and receive honor roll. Im hoping to keep these grades up in college as well by using soccer as my stress reliever.
