Lila Bausch '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Lila Bausch and I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old. As a student athlete I am deeply committed to both my academics and what I can contribute to my team both on and off the field. With a 4.33 weighted GPA, I want to find a school that will continue to challenge me in the classroom, as well as on the field. 

I predominantly play center back, and have also played outside back with a willingness to step up and fill any need on the team. I take pride in being recognized by my varsity coaches and teammates, having been awarded Rookie of the Year my sophomore year, Defensive Player of the Year my junior year, and being selected to be a captain my senior year.  

In addition to taking my studies and sports seriously I also place importance on being an involved member of my community. I have been volunteering as a member of the Holliston Community Action Fund for 3 years helping to organize and run various fundraising events. In addition, I am a Student Advisory Leader, using my leadership skills to help the freshman find their way as they navigate through high school and also an active member of Best Buddies. I hope to continue to find ways to give back throughout my college experience. Being a well rounded student, athlete, and community member I am looking forward to this exciting next chapter of my life!
