Melina Garcia '25 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to attend a 4 year University/College, preferably close to my hometown. I plan to major in Law or Political Science, as I care to become an Immigration Lawyer. I’m a team player and I always try to bring my best to practice and games. I’ve been playing soccer since I was 5, playing for my city’s recreational teams, and eventually switching to club USA at age 8. At age 10, I started playing with Rovers, my current soccer club, where I am a starter. I read the field well and with intent, which is what I use to determine my decision making while on the field. One of my strong suits is passing, which I am able to do with both feet. I was also placed on my high school’s women’s varsity team, my freshman year.
