Ashleigh Garcia '17 Recruiting Profile

I would like to play college soccer. As an attacking center midfielder I try to combine with my forwards and communicate with my team to stay organized. I win every ball out of the air and keep all play in front of me. When there is space I attack defenders aggressively. I think what makes me different is my endurance, I keep pushing even after others are exhausted. My desire to win is second to no one, but it is my refusal to lose to the person across from me that sets me apart. I am also very proud to say that I believe my hard work shows in the classroom as well. I am excited about perusing a degree in the medical field and look forward to the opportunity to gain my education while competing in the game I love.
