My parents originally put me in soccer as a reason for me to blow off energy, but as I grew so did my love for the sport. I have been playing soccer since I was seven years old, and my biggest goal is to play at the colligate level. I love the discipline, work ethic, and skills soccer strives for. I consistently look for ways to improve as a player on and off the field, hoping to provide for my future. I am a coachable player with a love for pushing myself to work hard! As a defensive player, attributes that separate me from the rest are building out of the defensive third, communication, and creativity. As a former captain of my old club team, I also possess the skills of leadership, which have benefited positive outcomes with coaches and teammates.
Outside of the pitch, I work hard at school. I am currently in three AP classes and strive to maintain my good grades. I also include myself in extracurricular clubs and school activities such as NSHS, NEHS, Junior Ambassadors, Rotary Interact, and Multicultural Club. When I am not working at school or at soccer I work at a restaurant as a hostess or foodrunner. This job helps me so much with opening up to others and improves my communication skills.
