Personal Statement
I began playing soccer when I was 4 years old, the first of my family to do so. I continued to play at the highest level I could, scoring goals and leading each team I was on. As a kid I played many sports, but soccer was always my passion. I took each step I could to improve my game, which helped my team make it all the way to regionals for USYS Presidents Cup twice. It led me to make the ODP team and my passion for the game has pushed me to do my best and lead by example for those around me.
On the field I have great vision as well as a high soccer IQ. My first touch, foot skills and technique are solid and consistent. I love this game and it is my passion in life, so every time I step on the field I want to and will give it my all. My work ethic and attitude makes me a standout player on and off the field.
Off the field I am very outgoing and spontaneous. I try to find the good things in every situation and in everyone. I like to make people laugh and enjoy my self as much as I can. I consider myself very encouraging and I love building people up so that the team does better. I believe a team that doesn’t have fun and doesn’t love what they do won’t be successful. I take my schooling very seriously and I want to excel in every aspect of my life.
