2018 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I have played soccer since I was 5 years old and fell in love with the sport from that moment on. I have played in many positions over the years. I started playing some as a goal keeper in U10 division and I knew from that moment on that was the position for me! Since I am the last line of defense for my team, it gives me an extreme sense of protectiveness towards my team and my teammates. I can see the entire field from my position which has given me a unique perspective of the game and the ability to make quick decisions to give the best defense I can for my team. I have played other sports, but none have captured my heart or given me the passion that soccer does and it's that passion that drives me to continue in this game for as long as I can.
