Madison Follmer '24 Recruiting Profile

Making my high school varsity team and being a starter my freshman year has been one of my best accomplishments. My favorite memory was when I scored the game winning goal during our game for sectionals. Celebrating with the team after was one of the best feelings ever. I started off playing cyc soccer, then wanted to challenge myself more, so I tried-out for a club team. During my first year playing club soccer I really developed a passion for the sport. To me, soccer is not just about running around and kicking a ball. To me, soccer is about being creative with different plays, having a good work ethic and sportsmanship, and having teammates. I love working with my team on and off the field. 

I am a straight A student in school. I participate in class and get along well with classmates. My academic goals are to keep straight A's , keep my GPA above a 4.0, and sign up for honors classes throughout my high school career. During college I plan to have all A's and graduate with an undergrad degree in biology, and major in veterinary medicine.
