Maddie Stubson '21 Recruiting Profile

I enjoy the spirit of competition and pride of accomplishment, whether its training to get better or performing at a high level with my team on game day.   I have learned over the past year how to overcome setbacks in life as I suffered an injury that caused me to miss most of my Junior season.   During this time, my twin sister was badly injured in a car accident and it gave me perspective that has changed how I think.   I have learned that it is not always what happens to to us, but how we react that matters.   I always strive to be my very best, whether in the classroom or on the soccer field.  I do have faults and make mistakes, but I am always eager to learn and ask questions.  I am looking for the opportunity to compete and contribute to a soccer program that will help me grow as a player and person.  I am looking for Coaches and teammates that I hope will become lifetime friends.
