Personal Statement
Soccer is my passion. I have played soccer for the last 8 years, the last 4 competitive club. I have played left side defense throughout a majority of my experience in soccer but my speed and strength in both left and right foot make me a utility player available to play any position on the field. As a sophomore I am beginning to take a more offensive role on my team as a forward. I enjoy the comradery of being part of a team and don't want that to end post high school. I love the sport I am willing to work hard to improve myself and the team. I want to be the best that we can be, I am looking for a coach that can take me there.
As a young girl, I was diagnosed with dyslexia in the 3rd grade. I did not let it define me or limit my success. It was a challenge to overcome. I have maintained a 3.5 GPA throughout my high school career, in mainstream classes, regardless of my struggles. I am determined to not let obstacles hold me back. I am competitive and determined in what I set my mind to.
I am a fierce friend and family is everything to me. One day I hope to call your soccer family my own.
