My name is Jazelle Bowden and I’ve been born and raised in Reno, Nevada. I have played soccer since I was 4, but started competitive soccer at the age of 9. I am also the youngest out of my two older siblings. Ever since I’ve came out the womb I have always competed with them whether that be in school or sports. I initially started playing soccer because of my brother and sister. Eventually at a young age I fell in love with this game on my own terms. Every year that passed I became more passionate about this sport. When I first started competitive soccer, I went through a lot of adversity. This only made me a stronger player and person. I am very hardworking because I’ve been taught that nothing comes easy in life. I love everything about this game including the team environment, competition, and process of getting better.
