Lyla Davis '23 Recruiting Profile

I am looking to continue my education at a school where I can also continue playing soccer. I was introduced to the sport of soccer when I was four years old, and my love for the sport has only grown.  Since I was younger, I have always had a soccer ball at my feet. I grew up as a competitive, dedicated kid, and I put in the work to be the player I am today. I never miss practice, I never miss a game, and I never miss training. I am a natural leader, and would never let a teammate fall behind. I will always be there to pick my teammates up and to motivate them when they need it.  Lastly, I always give 110%. I fully believe that hard work can beat talent. I am the first person on the field and the last person to leave. My hope is to continue my soccer career at a college level and compete against others.
