Sumaj Billin '21 Recruiting Profile

Although I am not sure of my exact goals for the future, I know that I would like to further my education while also partaking in the sport that brings me joy, soccer. I have been taught to work hard and know that things do not always come easy, which is part of what makes me a stand out player; I will work at things until they are done right. I also have had my fair share of different types of teams, varying from high school to club, so I am able to adapt and overcome. This is also due to the fact that growing up, determination and perseverance while also staying true to who I am have been important to me. Maintaining my GPA while playing is something I have not struggled to do and I believe that I could continue this throughout my college experience even though it will become more difficult. I hope to be awarded with the opportunity to continue playing soccer.
