Madison Rie '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Maddie Rie and I am a student-athlete.  During the fall, I play varsity soccer at Northern Valley Old Tappan High School (NVOT) where we finished second in the Big North National conference with a 7-3 conference record.  Throughout the year, I play club soccer for Princeton Soccer Association Premier Elite, who won NJ state tournament last year and competes in the top division of EDP league. I also play for the New Jersey ODP team. For all three of these teams, I start as an outside back on either side. Besides soccer, I am heavily involved in the arts and spend my free time working on pieces on my own or participating in various clubs surrounding art like set design. I am a hardworking student that takes all honors courses; my best academic subjects being History and English. I intend on majoring in psychology(with a focus on the forensic aspect) and am looking for a college which offers an exciting, dynamic environment that will challenge me both academically and athletically.
