Lila King '25 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember.   I  was on the same club all through grade school and middle school.     The summer going into 8^th grade, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and  join a new club, Quickstrike FC.   Switching clubs was the best decision I made for myself to compete, grow as a player and be a strong defender.   I'm a rising freshman and have been going to summer practices with our very competitive high school team.    I believe what makes me different is that I have a goalkeeper background so as a defender I can feel what is going to happen and have quick instincts. I have always worked hard on the field and in school.  I was on honor roll all through middle school and look forward to continuing with good grades and soccer success in high school
