Gabriela Osorio '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gabriela Osorio I am a currently a junior at St. Agnes Academic High School and part of the graduating class of 2019. I have played soccer for about 6 years now , but I have always been interested in the sport.  In high school I have played 2 seasons on the Varsity level and in both seasons have started. My team has remained undefeated 2 years in a row since I have joined the team. We were also city champions for our division both seasons . For the 2017 season I was honored to be named captain for my team and be able to lead my team to the championships. Aside from soccer I am also in honors/AP courses for all of my classes and my GPA is a 90. I aspire to play soccer professionally in college while I study Pre-law. Some qualities that make me different from other candidates are that aside from playing as a defender I can also play other positions if necessary. Once the soccer season is over I continue to practice at least twice a week to make sure that I am ready for the next season. Aside from soccer I am also currently part of my schools Swim team and part of the Track and Field team. I previously played Bowling , Cheerleading , and Softball for my high school's Varsity level. These are just some of the few characteristics that feel separate me from other athletes / candidates that are appling for this position. I hope to strive and do my best with whatever position I am given , but most importantly I will never give up.
