I would be a good fit for any team because I’m different. I’m very team oriented and I work well with a lot of different people. Soccer has been a part of my life since I was very little and I couldn’t imagine not continuing with it in the future. The thing that sets me apart from most girls looking to go play soccer in college is that my school didn’t have a girls soccer program until last year. For the past couple of years I’ve played soccer on my school’s boys’ soccer team. This has not only challenged me but made me stronger, faster, and more skilled over the years. I keep pushing my team to do better and I am always willing to help girls out, since this year I’m the only senior on the team. I’m also not your average 3 sport athlete. I play soccer in the fall, track and field in the spring, and I rock climb year round. This helps me not only keep in shape but continue to improve year round in terms of fitness. I am constantly training to get better in the offseason but, I put my schoolwork before everything. I take rigorous courses to make sure I’m challenging myself. This year I’m part of a program through Boces that is focused towards the medical field, which is where I’m working to be one day. If you have any questions about this program feel free to contact me at any time.
