I believe that I would make an very good candidate for a collegiate soccer team in part because of my personality and strong desire to improve/succeed in addition to my athletic and academic accomplishments.  I have always been a focused player that truly looks forward to practices and games alike, whether we win or lose. My parents have always been there to support me in all sports activities which have included, gymnastics, hockey, track, softball, basketball, and of course soccer. Over the last 5+ years, my focus has become soccer, but I also participate on our varsity Track team primarily to help keep me improve for soccer. My primary events in track are middle to long distance which I believe helped me to play 90+ minutes in nearly all of my Varsity games without showing any significant decrease in performance.  While I have focused on distance running for track from a endurance aspect, I am actually better known for my explosive quick play on the soccer field with the ability to play with either left or right foot. I have always been a "team first" type of player that respects both my Coaches and teammates alike regardless of the circumstances.
