Personal Statement
I’ve been playing soccer all my life and I am very deticated to this sport. I want to contribute my abilities and work ethic on and off the field for my dream college. Playing college soccer has always been my goal and I would love to achieve it.
Being on an all boys travel team for many years has made a major impact on me. Parents of my teammates thought it was ridiculous having a girl on the team however, It made me strive to do better.
Soon I improved my skills, had grit, and learned how to be tough on the field. I have won many awards and became captain of my team until I no longer played for them. Being on the team is what taught me what a true player was. And for that I thank my teammates and coaches who gave me the opportunity to play with the boys and prove everyone wrong.
