Hi my name is Emilee Montagliano. I started my soccer career at the age of 5 and by the time I was 7 I knew being a goalkeeper was my position and where I belonged on the field. I had no fear as a 7 year old and that never changed. As an 8th grader I set out to make the Varsity soccer team and I succeeded and started every game. I was player to watch as an 8th grader. I finished my1st varsity year with 185 saves, 17 goals against, 1.001 goal against average, and a 91.584% save average and a 2nd team all county award, as well as a scholar athlete.
Although I am smaller in stature those who play against me find that I play the game larger than life. I am driven to show everyone that I can and will succeed. I learn from my mistakes and I will be sure to show that in the net.
My dream is to play Division 1 college soccer, as well as play pro one day!
Not only is soccer my life, I also strive to succeed in my academics, I carry a 3.8 gpa and was a member of National Junior Honor Society and spend my free time volunteering with younger children teaching them the game of soccer.
