Madison Mobray '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Madison Mobray and Soccer has always been a integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. Together with my twin brothers, who play MLS next soccer for the NY Red Bulls and the other for TSF, we've always pushed each other to be the most competitive soccer players we can in the hopes of playing in college or beyond,

Four years ago I made the varsity team as a seventh grader, and by the third game of the season, earned the starting center midfield position as well as won the rookie of the year award. I've had the opportunity to play internationally in Spain, and Italy (pre Covid). This experience was invaluable.  Overseas I learned how to add certain aspects of the international fineess style of play to go along with a physical  style I learned as a defender here in the states.  This beautiful game has taught me life lessons on leadership, perseverance, winning, and the importance of having resilience to achieve ones goals. Overall, soccer is just as much a mental game as it is physical. Throughout these accomplishments, I am most proud of helping to lead my varsity team to the section finals in 2019 where we lost to the eventual state and regional champions. 

On a personal note, I love to be with my friends and have fun. School and learning have always been important to my family and I. I am currently enrolled in the honors program and have achieved high honor roll every year of middle and highschool. I am active in my church and community service life, and enjoy giving back to those in need. 

My goal is to find a collegiate program where I can excel both on and off the pitch, and ultimately help a team achieve all the goals we set out in front of us.
