Personal Statement
As a high school Junior, I am an honors student, as well as a starting 3-sport varsity level student athlete. While I also play basketball and softball, soccer is my passion. I am a dedicated worker, on and off the pitch. I am the player who is working every bit as hard in the closing minutes of a game, as I was in the opening minutes, regardless of the score. This mentality continues at practice. I travel 4 hours each way to for club soccer, not because I have to, but because I want to! I choose to play Girls Academy League because I want to train and play alongside, as well as against the very best!
Though, I am extremely proud of my athletic achievements, I am most proud of the academic and character based accolades I have been awarded in school over the years. I have been honored to mentor less fortunate students and those struggling for various reasons, as well as coach the younger kids on the field and courts. Seeing their growth and success means the world to me.
I am looking to continue to grow as a person as much as I am a player. I hope to find a school that continues to challenge me to be the best version of myself, both on the field and off!
