My name is Cappa Bunn and I play attacking or defensive mid for the U15 WYSA Explosion in Wilson, NC. My graduation year is 2024 and I wear jersey #42. I have played in the USYS National League-Piedmont Conference with my club team for 3 years. As a Freshman, I will be starting this year on the Hunt High School varsity soccer team. I also play futsal in the USYF league for Soccer Box FC 05/06 team. I have a 4.378 GPA and currently 3rd in my class. As a freshman in 2021, the NCSCA recognized me as All-Conference and All-Region.
My goal is to play soccer at the collegiate level for a university that cares about their students academically and athletically. I am known for my leadership skills, playing in negative space, accuracy and determination to never give up on a tackle. During the season I play with 100% effort and maintain a great attitude throughout soccer and school. My coaches have all told me that I have a great understanding for the game of soccer. As a captain for my club team, I encourage my teammates to strive for more within themselves and on the field.
I hope to pursue a career in the medical field, law or business. I would like to be in an athletic environment where I would be able to contribute to my team.
