Melissa Teke '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Melissa Teke and I attend Batavia High School, Class of 2024.  I have played the game of soccer since I was 4 and it wasn't until recently that I decided to continue my love of the game at the collegiate level.   While soccer has been a huge part of my life,  it has taken me many places and  prepared me in many ways for what lies ahead.  Not only has it taught me about being a good teammate and friend but it has shown me that it takes hard work, leadership skills, dedication and, at times, perseverance.   These are are just some of the traits that I have to offer a college/university.  Many of my other characteristics like having strong work ethic, being organized and holding myself to a high standard will allow for me to play soccer and pursue my academic goals.   I would love for my love of the game to take me into the next phase of my life.
