I've known for a long time that I want to play soccer at the highest level possible. In March of 2020, COVID forced our family into quarantine and our soccer seasons were cancelled. I took this time as an opportunity, and this is when I started becoming the player that I wanted to be. I trained hours every day with my brother and on my own. My passion for the game and for improvement grew everyday. COVID was hard, but it gave me something I don't know I would have gotten otherwise.
This summarizes me as a person. School, training, games - life may be hard, but I'm not going to feel sorry for myself. I will use that as an opportunity to learn and get better.
