      Soccer is my passion. Stepping on the field with my teammates cannot be compared to anything else. When playing soccer I play to improve for myself, and for my teammates. When I look into the future I cannot imagine my life without soccer. My goals for my future are to simply be able to play the sport I love for a great college, and to continue to grow as a player and as a teammate. On the field i am a leader, not only through my words of encouragement, but also through my actions on the field. Members of the team have to have their teammates back to be considered a team, and to be true leaders. If there was one word to describe me as a player it would be, hard-worker. "One will only get out what he puts in", is true for every sport and every athlete and is true for how I play my game.
      Academically I strive for excellence. I have learned in High School how to manage my time for sports, schoolwork, and family, which, I believe I can continue to do in college. My grades are just as important to me as my sport. I am a perfectionist, and a hard worker. As a student athlete, I am aware of the consequences that come with bad grades, however, that is not the reason I work hard in all of my schoolwork. I work hard for myself, because whatever I decide to do with my career, I strive for greatness, and refuse to settle for average.
