Hailey Johnson '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was five years old.  Soccer has played a big role in my life.  I have grown through playing soccer to be a leader on the field and to be involved with my teammates.  I am a very fast paced player and can get to the ball very quickly.  One of my best qualities as a soccer player are my crosses.  I also have good foot skills and continue to practice to improve them.  I have been playing right winger on offense for the longest amount of time but have recently taken on another position of right defense.  I play well here because I am aggressive and I can take the ball up the field and cross it to the middle.  My favorite thing about soccer is being a part of a team and making new friends.  I also enjoy winning!  I had a great experience when my travel team made it to regionals even though we did not win, I got to see a lot of great soccer players in action.  I would like to play soccer in college because it is a big part of my life and it has been my dream.  Besides soccer I enjoy running and begin outside.  I plan on working hard to become a better soccer player through training and dedication.
