Personal Statement

As a player who comes from a very small high school, working hard has always been required of me. I always focus on putting everything I have into this sport for the sake of my team. Even though my team consisted of 13 players, we were able to make history by making it to the final four during the tournament my sophomore year. I push myself and my team everyday to get there again, which I know is possible if we all work hard enough.

Through my experience , I’ve learned what it truly means to be a great player. I understand the importance of humility, work-ethic, teamwork, and leadership. I’m looking for a school that will benefit me athletically and academically. I believe I am able to play at the college level and have the character of a great player; I know I have the skills to play for your team!
