Morgan Sarver '22 Recruiting Profile

I have grown to love the sport of soccer since I was six years old and started playing AYSO. I am drawn to this sport because of the physicality, the fast pace, and the constant thinking. I understand the motto, “There is no I in TEAM” and strive to demonstrate this by being a devoted player not only to the game, but also to my teammates both on and off the field. The ability to find challenging soccer in my area is limited, so driving a few hours has become part of my weekly life. This level of commitment to the sport I love is needed in order to become a better player. My soccer life has helped mold me into a young woman full of determination and focus to accomplish my goals. My academic goals for high school and college are to continue to maintain a 4.0 in order to advance my education. I believe in devoting time not only to soccer but also to my community. I volunteer at Central PA Humane Society, Altoona Center for Nursing Care, and I am involved in student council.
