I became interested in soccer when I saw my older sister Alexis playing. I always looked up to her and her participation encouraged me to join. I have played ever since kindergarten, and though I didn't start because of my own want to play, I have always taken it seriously and been very competitive. Recently I have come to take soccer even more serious with my start of playing for the Evergreen Soccer Club. There I have really grown my skills and have been very determined to better myself.
I am now a senior at Hamburg Area High School, therefore I only have one year left at Hamburg Area High School. During this year my main goals are to continue to work hard on my studies and take classes that will truly benefit me later in my career path. I plan on majoring in foreign affairs, and using that to work in government and specifically the State Department. I also am excited to grow with my teammates and work with them, in order to become more cohesive with one another. My first couple high school seasons were not the best, as we only won a few games, but I am actually grateful for this. This has shown me the amount of work needed to do well and now I am excited and determined to better myself and work with my teammate to have a great season this year. As someone who has been doing sports since I was five, I know the hard-work and dedication required, and I am willing to put in the work for your team.
