Carly Szczerba '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Carly Szczerba, I am a 2026 graduate from Spring-ford High-school in Royersford, PA. I have been playing club ball for the past 7 years at the highest level they offer at my current club, West-Mont. During my early years I did not always favor soccer, and I really struggled with confidence. However, through dedication I overcame and stepped over the mental block I set for myself, now I enjoy the game and it shows. Apart from that I was a varsity player on my high school team as a freshman, and am continuing to grow as a player. My primary positions are forward and attacking center mid, but that does not stop me from learning and applying my skills to any position where I am asked to play. On and off the pitch I am a supportive teammate, cheering everyone on and setting them up for opportunities. Regarding my academics, I have reached distinguished honor roll all 4 terms, and have maintained a constant 4.0 GPA. I believe that an important player continues to improve themselves as well as the people around them, and that is what I believe myself to represent.
