Abigail Lutz '28 Recruiting Profile

I am a 9th grader attending State College Area High School in central Pennsylvania, graduating in 2028. I am starting for my HS Varsity team and enjoy playing center attacking midfield. I also start for FC814 Crushers (D1, PA West) and my goal is to pursue my athletic and academic interests at the college level. For Club, I play striker, right wing, and also CAM. At 3 years old, I started in gymnastics, then later transitioned to soccer, track, and basketball. Soccer has become my number 1 gift and passion, and has always stoked my competitive fire. I love challenging myself to get a little bit better every day. Being a good teammate and supporting each other is really important to me as well. In whatever I’m doing, I believe hard work is the pathway to success. I am a straight A student. My other interests include being first trumpet in our school marching and jazz bands, a small pet-sitting business (I love animals) and serving in my church. I’m looking for the right fit situation where I can continue to challenge myself in soccer and beyond.
