Allison Bone Soph...Personal Statement
Hi,
I currently am a 18 year old Jr. who is a multisport athlete and has been motivated at an early age to compete at the collegiate level. My goals are set high both academically and athletically and I will continue to work hard to accomplish them. I am a determined, driven, hard working, coachable leader.
I currently am involved with high school soccer, club soccer, basketball and track, but I would like to focus on soccer at the next level. I have been the goalkeeper for my high school varsity team the past 3 years and I was the first freshman to start. I was voted the Cardinal Award/Defensive Player of the Year my Sophomore and Jr. Year. I am also a member of Keystone Athletic U19 Elite club team and have been with Keystone the past 10 years. I have attended several college ID camps and am confident that I can play at the collegiate level.
Academically, I have a 3.8 GPA and have made the Honor Roll, Distinguished Honor Roll, National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society. I have challenged myself by taking AP Psychology, Honors Biology, Honors Chemistry, Honors Anatomy, Honors Physics, Honors Civics, 3 years of Honors History and 3 years of Honors English. I am planning on majoring in Pre Med at college.
Outside of school, I have been musically trained in piano for the past 10 years and in guitar for 3 years. I am involved in the Big Brother Big Sister Program, help with several church activities and donate my time helping underprivileged children. I have been a bus girl and waitress the past 3 years at Basso Restaurant. I consider myself well rounded, a team leader and would love to continue to learn, improve and contribute at an excellent academic and athletic institution upon graduation.
