Hi, my name is Courtney. I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old and I am looking forward to continuing my soccer career in college.
I am the starting outside back for my High School Varsity and Club soccer teams. This year, as a Freshman, I was also recognized as an honorable mention for the All District team at the end of season.
My coaches all agree that I am a hard worker and am very coachable. They say that I have the ability to know where to position myself on the field and to read the next play. I think one of my strengths is my ability to score from midfield or drop the ball in front of the goal during corner kicks. I also receive a lot of compliments for my for throw-ins. Although I prefer playing outside back or outside mid I am able to play anywhere on the field where I am needed.
I am looking for a college where I can continue my soccer career but also be challenged academically. I am very interested in the medical field or business. I am open to schools in any region and look forward to the opportunity to experience new places.
If you are looking for a solid defensive player who excels on and off the field, I am that player.
