Being a first-generation American, I come from a very hardworking family. I have been taught since day one that “to make your dreams become a reality you must work hard for it, even if no one is watching” and “grades sets your future” . I'm the youngest in my family, and I'm the first in my family that have the desire to play at a college level. I‘m hoping that being recruited and committed to a D1 school I can make my family proud. Fun fact about me is that I'm the captain of my club(5+ years) and high school team (2 years), and I was told that I’m “a natural-born leader.” Being a captain, I have learned so much about leadership and how to get along with people who have different perspectives. And being a captain has helped me mature as person and an athlete.
