My education and soccer have been two of the only things I hope and plan to continue in the future that I'm willing to commit to. The only motivation in life is to get better. I'm someone who constantly thinks "The harder you work, the harder it will pay off". Thinking that way and always working as hard as I can leads me to be optimistic and definitely helps me bring a motivational energy to boost any situation- because if my team and I have been working as hard as we can throughout practices and games, we should be able to keep up with ANY opponent. Not only do I think you have to work hard towards an athletic career, but you also have to put in effort towards your education. Since I was little I tried being the best at everything- I've always pushed that extra mile. Anytime I got work for school, I was automatically determined to do it because it was what was expected of me and just part of who I was. Now that I'm grown up, I am so glad that was how I started school because it really has built me to be the person I am today. Now, I'm hoping to go to a good school that will follow up my academic and athletic goals. All throughout high school I've been aware and working towards my rank, GPA, and grades. I am now going to graduate rank 10 and top 10 percent. As senior year is quickly coming to an end, my rank should be getting lower as my grades have never been higher. I'm ready and willing to push the extra mile for the new experiences I will soon encounter going to college as a student-athlete.
